Elegant dining experiences, Eco-conscious and safe environment, Charming event spaces
The lack of towel provision at the spa and the unavailability of poolside seating due to reservations could indeed use some better management!!! a more balanced approach to room temperature control would create a better experience.

So, I stayed in the Executive Room and it was cozy and comfy. The bed and pillows really felt like clouds, super comfy for a good night's sleep. The decor was charming and gave a nice vibe. Everything was pretty clean too. Only downside was that the shower pressure was a bit weak, which made rinsing my hair a chore. But overall, the comfort really stood out!

missingWrote a review on 04 Julbeautiful decorrelaxing spapoor cleanliness
Unique touches like the beautiful decor and charming ambience struck a chord. The spa features an array of relaxing options, including a jacuzzi and sauna, providing a refreshing experience that's above par.
The initial room selection left much to be desired, with stale cigar smoke lingering in one. Inconsistent heating meant discomfort. Dining options, while decent, lacked variety for specific dietary needs, often leaving guests searching for alternatives outside the hotel.

I recently spent a few nights at Hempstead House, staying in a Superior Room. The room felt comfortable with adequate space, but could benefit from a little modernization. The bathroom definitely stood out with beautiful decor and excellent amenities. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. the smoked haddock was a true delight. I faced challenges with the lunch availability during my stay. I couldn't grab a quick bite before an offsite wedding due to limited dining options, which was frustrating. The spa facilities provided a nice escape, though I wished they were less crowded during peak hours. the communication about meal timings was unclear, leaving a bit of room for improvement. Felt like a relaxing getaway overall, but a couple of minor scheduling issues put a bit of a damper on things.

We had a blast at this place! The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads-up, the chlorine was a bit strong during our visit, making our eyes sting a little. Don’t miss out on the made-to-order breakfast—it’s delicious! 😊
